… zero excuses for crunch you mean? For developing, they can take as much time as they want (as long as the money doesn’t run out).

You may not like it, but their claims have a legitimate foundation. They could not release a game called „Hades“ because no army of lawyers could turn that case, that’s what you initially suggested.

stash your DRM-free games

uhuh and the jumbo shows a screenshot with a bunch of DRM-enabled games

If it‘s so easy why don’t we see a myriad of copyright/trademark violations by large companies?

The book industry providing strong market segments for women has not much to do with the video game industry.

The Witcher IV is in full-scale production (probably wouldn’t be finished sooner if they threw more personnel at it) and Songs of the Past is being developed by Fool’s Theory, a studio formed by former CDP staff.

If it’s anything like the two other DLC it’s a bit more than “a bit of content”. The cynisism of putting a bad spin on supporting an old game with content is exhausting tbh.

The one is for male gaze, the other a male power fantasy. None of this appeals to women.

Are you still traumatised by color grading in a trailer?

Loanwords can change meanings after borrowing. “Pasta” in German and English refers the Italian specialties, while pasta in Italian means any kind of noodle and even some dumplings. “Noodle” kept its meaning in English from German nudel / Dutch noedel.

English is not my native tongue, but going by Wikipedia (written by native speakers I hope) “noodle” does in fact refer to a lot more than "long thin strands", as does the source words nudel (German) / noedel (Dutch) in their respective languages.

Pasta is a class of noodles. Udon and spätzle are also noodles, but they’re not pasta.

That’s how it also started, with time-sharing terminals because hardware was way too expensive.

Heroic is your GOG client. There will also be a Playnite port with a GOG plugin in the near future.

Incidentally if you have no money and only a potato PC, GOG should have been your first address for games.

That I got. I thought there was another pun in the third panel.

ok but what’s the pun?

This isn’t the first time the aesthetic trend of film posters changed but I‘m sure every time it happened there was someone being grumpy about it.

I don’t think Steam doesn’t pay sales tax. It’s probably just included in the final amount.

Code: Veronica hasn’t had a number, it was a spin-off for the Dreamcast (before being ported, but never made part of the official series).

I‘d guess minimal change across the globe considering it’s still outlawed almost everywhere.

Not buying a product because you don’t like the product is not a boycott.

complete absurd

As the subtitle reads, this is accessibility tech and very obviously pretty useful for people who can’t use neither hands nor feet for that.

Birds are a pretty good motif because a small selection of them might already span the whole continent (don’t know if that’s specifically the case here), disregarding any borders. They also lack representation in a part of the world where people classify themselves mostly as either a dog or a cat person.

Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra […] was a Spanish writer widely regarded as the greatest writer in the Spanish language […] He is best known for his two-part novel Don Quixote, a work considered to be the first modern novel. Don Quixote has been labelled by many well-known authors as the “best book of all time” and the “best and most central work in world literature”.

Wow first try and already perfected the artform, why did anyone else bothered writing books? Idiots!

Oh sure, for drawing I‘d use the touchscreen. I remember using that when I tried Okami for an hour or so.
