Lovely, exactly what we asked for, looking forward to paying $100 more for it and never using the feature.

LOL, perfect. Making chips that benefit greatly from having a fuckton of RAM available for a platform with slotted (upgradable) RAM for the first time, just as buying the stuff becomes unaffordable.

10/10, 👌👩🍳😘, no notes.

Hurry up! I can’t find any used on eBay yet.

“FINALLY”

– literally nobody

Meh, a cheapo desktop chip with an integrated 890m could have been interesting in these trying times.

But even if i wanted AI. Those 50TOPS arent useful for anything i believe?

That’s the question I’ve been asking myself. Reviews and marketing copytext constantly talk about the NPU and TOPS, but what applications is this relevant for?

Does this help with ML video upscaling solutions like Topaz Video AI? Does this help with running local LLMs (I didn’t have very good results on my 10 GB VRAM 3080)?

I have yet to hear from anyone what the NPUs are used for.

Blender NEEDS to get all it can from this!

( PS: it’d give low-power desktops a massive boost, for that kind of thing )
