So like, what exactly is stopping trump from just, bombing a few red cities, blaming it on antifa, and declaring martial law before the election?

I guess I am assuming he wants to actually make it look like a real attack as much as possible. Probably he doesn’t give a fuck how sloppy it looks, now you mention it. He’d really just need the manufactured pretext.

This is really the only necessary step, no one will stop him, his “yes men"* are far to embedded at this point. All that other false flag stuff is unnecessary.
