I’m glad I’m not in the bubble of sending and receiving emails to/from robots. But to be fair, if you write emails like people in the epstein circle, maybe this is a good thing.
@return2ozma, ‘most users use AI agents instead’ — I’d love to see how that metric was actually measured. Are they counting API calls, active sessions, or just assuming because AI feature engagement is up that email engagement is comparatively irrelevant? Engagement data on bundled features inside a bigger platform is notoriously noisy. It’s possible the email users were a small but high-retention, high-NPS cohort that gets invisible in aggregate telemetry — exactly the users you’d least want to alienate if you’re trying to compete with Linear or Cron for serious operators.
