The reason these (one of these incidents dates back to April, so they’re really not beating the “marketing campaign” allegations) happened in the first place is because of human error on their end, mind you

What I will say tho is that the thumbnail is definitely some kind of clickbait, because of the “uhm actually we were never confident in 2027” thing
Its truly astounding that they put a marketing spin on committing a crime but thats the AI industry for ya
SpaceX stocks hit an all-time low make it go lower
I know it was a zero day exploit but what specific exploit i have no idea

OpenAI downloaded a public benchmark to test their newest AI model against. They asked the model to “find the answers” so it hacked into the system of the people who made the benchmark to find the answers
Dean Ball’s name rings a bell to me. Emile Torres wrote an article on him its pretty standard OpenAI exec stuff (that is being a wacko high off his own tech)
