Women need the agency to decide for themselves, and not have the decision made for them by men, or the state. The only way any clothing is really oppressive is if it isn’t a choice, and in that way “not being allowed to wear” is the same as “being forced to wear”. It seems like you are defending the choice being taken from women under the mask of pretending to support the choice being given to them, by pointing to something not even being argued about as the covering mask, like a strawman.

There are two major errors in this text, the first is in failing to understand the class nature of the oppression, such that it is treated as “black people versus white people” when in reality it is “working class versus billionaire ruling class”, when understood like this the 10 to 1 against us becomes closer to a million to one in our favor, it is useful for the ruling class to keep the people fighting amongst each other and not against them, so they spread lies and nonsense (racism is useful to Capitalism, so they spread it around).

And so a small, short, but condensed (by comparison) moment of violent Revolution is needed to finally end the ongoing huge, constant, but usually dispersed and often hidden from the public view violence of Capitalism once and for all, by building Socialism on it’s parasitic corpse. (and maybe dance on it’s grave a little).

Ultimately, regardless of what metaphysical beliefs one may have, nobodies “God” is going to come down and save us, we must save ourselves, and for that we must have solidarity, work together, organize and work for the overthrow of the root cause of the oppression all people feel under the yoke of Capitalism, the staggered level of oppression in Capitalism is a “feature not a bug” as it keeps the people fighting each other, that must be overcome. Don’t worry about it, most Liberals (note Conservatives are also Liberals) have been fed lies their entire lives to demonize countries like China, and also many people (not just Liberals) have a hard time separating the misuse of a tool from the tool itself (Capitalists use AI against humanity) and so for these two reasons I was already expecting to get down voted, but it is perfectly fine as I do not take it personally, when a challenge comes to a persons world view, a common defensive reaction is to lash out in some way.

I wouldn’t trust any non Cuban Government controlled source of information as accurately reflecting what the Cuban Government is doing or trying to do, western media is overwhelmingly controlled by Capitalist interests (that includes reuters) and they have been trying to destroy Cuba for a long long time, one weapon of the Global North (and the US especially) is massive amounts of lies and misinformation, and they’ve done this many many times. As psyops are constantly being used by the hegemon against Actually Existing Socialist countries (as well as ones that fight back and resist like Iran and Russia) everything heard not from the leaders of Cuba itself should be read with a whole BUCKET salt.

In Capitalist countries authority is used to oppress the masses and protect exploitation, in Socialist countries it is used to oppress the Capitalists (who don’t just disappear the second the revolution succeeds), the CIA invented “Authoritarian” as a way of demonizing Socialist countries by drawing attention to how it suppresses the class enemy of the working class rather then who is suppressed and for who’s benefit. A State is needed for as long as class antagonism exists, which itself will exist as long as class itself exists, which itself will exist so long as the material conditions for classes exist, which will exist until global communism is achieved. Until then, a State is needed to protect the success of the revolution, which is “Authoritarian”, along with your brain telling your body to get up in the morning, the bullet from a gun used against fascists who do the same to you, or even missiles used to deter the U.S. from bombing the shit out of you which they have done before and would do again. TL:DR “Authoritarianism” isn’t a thing.
