Take a look at OVMS (open vehicle monitoring system). I use it since I have an EV because I don’t want to pay for “connected services”.
I need a lot of tshirts with writing, that i do not consent to picture, audio capture, capture of biometrics from me and so on. Maybe here in Europe it may help a little.
