Comic strip with 5 panels. Gabe Newell from Valve Software says "I made a controller that screams" to an engineer or scientist. They look at the steam controller screaming. The other person asks "Why?". Gabe looks perplexed in the next two panels.

And what exactly changed in the EU as a result? Can they now really resell games on Steam in the EU?
