Sooo… They are giving them hardware for free, but both get to inflate their numbers? Yeah that sounds totally reasonable. Not bubble-y at all.
“5 gigawatts of … silicon” is a weird sentence. Couldve just said 5GW worth of usage quota or something.
This is no specific reference style seems to becoming commonplace.
