MiSTer's Saturn dev breaks down his new 3DO core and why it may never be *quite* perfect

Honestly, perfection in this case is pretty difficult to achieve and, for such a small library, we’ll probably be ok with it being good enough. We’re really approaching the max capabilities of the De10 Nano at this point anyway.
