The Smithsonian National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas had an extensive exhibit on the Fallout franchise including full sized mock ups of the in-game vault rooms. This is an official Bethesda display.

The gift shop also had Vault tech merch items when I was there in November.

It was custom made by a guy in Guatemala who runs his own online shop. It’s the only one I know of in existence.
