Of course, this is c/lemmyshitpost, but a friend of mine recently lost her husband, and it turns out this is a real thing called “widow’s fire”. Some people that lose a spouse experience a wild desire for intimacy as part of their grief.

Frankie motherfucking Boyle. A Scottish legend built on subjectively offensive comedy. Plus he changed his tune massively! He’s not.. regretful of his past style but he read the room and adapted well to new standards of humour. Keeping up with ever-changing tastes in jokes is a vital skill as a comic.
