Developed as a port of Micky Mania: The Timeless Adventures of Mickey Mouse on the Playstation 1 by Psygnosis. Wikipedia

When I first got my PS1 for Christmas as a kid this was my first game I got with it along with Crash Bandicoot. So I’m just here ripping this game on to my desktop so I can experience a taste of this old forgotten gem once again.

That’s funny, I just thought about this game again the other day and got myself the ROM to emulate.
I was six when it came out, also in a PAL country.

One of the guys who worked on the game made a whole ton of neat retrospective videos on it years ago (Mickey Mania is the US title for it):

Gaming Hut and Coding Secrets are great channels by the way. They have a bunch of behind the scenes stuff from a bunch of games, including a bunch of retrospective on Sonic 3D Blast and the director walking through his process of making a director’s cut romhack.

I think I have the Mega Drive version of this. A cousin of mine has the PSX version. Good game, lots of fun.

Nice! I’m guessing the MD/Genesis version is the same port as the PSX? Or is that the original Mickey Mania?
