Like, how is it possible? An apple tree couldn’t survive on your head, and you probably wouldn’t even be able to hold it up with your normal neck muscles.
If it’s just constantly using magic, then you could probably make a lot of money by allowing people to study the effects of actual magic. Something they’d likely get no other chances to study.
If it’s not constant magic, then either the tree or your body would have to be altered, likely both. And again, I suspect you could make a lot of money letting corporations study you to understand the changes.
Not to say that it was a good wish, though, since he could have wished for billions or trillions of dollars. Or other ways of wielding magic. No, it’s still a shit wish, but you could definitely make more money from it than it would seem at first.
