nothing style android app?

PLEASE READ: GUYS im talking about the TECH company nothing, not something minimalist!! no worries if you’ve already commented something thats not what im looking for, but ill just probably ignore it

is there a foss nothing style app? like a launcher, widget thingo, icons you name it 🤫

I’m currently looking for a replacement for Unlauncher, which didn’t got an update in 2 years… This one looks similar and I was first intrigued. But looking at the contributors, the biggest contributor (besides the main developer) is Copilot: https://github.com/luantak/FokusLauncher/graphs/contributors?from=4%2F25%2F2026 And the project is only a few month old yet. So I’m very cautious and I have trust issues.

Fair phone launcher is on f-droid iirc.

Can’t speak for it being open source or not buy it was a good simple launcher worth checking out.

I don’t think there is really. I haven’t even encountered many good Foss launchers except Lawnchair.

yeah, im pretty much stuck with lineages default launcher since i use the thing that makes every icon material you thingos 🥀 i have tried icon packs that do the same thing but they didn’t change every app icon like the default does

The best I could find is what appears to be AI slop, sorry.

I don’t think anything else exists that does all you’re looking for. You might be able to get somewhat there with something like lawnchair and some icon packs though

It’s a fork of a launcher I used before, because it stopped getting updates. I think there are multiple such forks, which is why so many look and feel similar.

What do you mean by nothing?

Edit: Oh I thought “nothing style” is meant as “no styling”, but apparently you was talking about a company named “nothing”? That’s confusing, you should have clarified it before (ideally with a link to the company and a screenshot as an example). Also sorry for not picking up what “yk” meant, guess it means “you know”. I’m getting old…

answer to the edit: yeah that was my bad, kinda new to forum style platforms 🥀 buddy you’re not old, im guessing older adults didn’t know what you were talking about when you were younger 🥹❤️‍🩹 also were more connected than ever yet more disconnected than ever so youngins slang will probably be even harder to catch up on since everyone is in their own bubble
