I don’t think you’re gonna find one. Subsidies sure, “completely free” no way. Israel runs an economy out of their illegal settlements and settlers have jobs and businesses.

Also the population range cited looks to skew a bit high.

I was watching some documentary yesterday of Christians who travel to Israel to work for free on some settlement encampment in Israel believing the Bible commands them to serve Zionists, while the settlement owner mocks them and says they’re too unclean to go inside the facility, because they’re not kosher.
