Went from an apple watch to this. Not looking back :) I love the battery life and simplicity of it all. It tracks my sleep, steps and blood oxygen, which is why I used the Apple Watch before.

I can recommend a Garmin. The older ones can be had for super cheap, and mostly work with gadgetbridge. Unfortunately the sleep tracking is processed on their servers, so without the official app it’s very bad.

And by bad I mean it says I slept for 17 hours last night.

I have a Garmin watch and the sleep tracking has been fairly decent.

With the official app or gadgetbridge?

Gadgetbridge, but I only connect it once a week or so. I leave Bluetooth off 99% if the time.

Ah, apparently the newer ones do all the sleep stuff on board. Only the older stuff needs external processing.
