I think it’s generally understood that Picard Breeds the Free Use Dragon Brood and similar works are protected under Fair Use.
Yeah, absolutely! Just like how if someone asked if an IP was free use in a public space you wouldn’t assume they’re referring to kink culture.
Because they’re 500 year old dragons, or because they look like children?
