We even used to sell big chunky shiny necklaces too! It was super hip and fashionable women’s outfit at the time.

In addition to what others have said, he thinks that tight shirt makes him look hot and muscle-y, but it just looks like it fits poorly. And the bottom half of the outfit makes him look like a middle aged woman.
