I went parasailing once. It was not at all like this! In my case, it was a gradual winch-out, float up into the air. Peaceful. Quiet. Sedate. Nice view.

Your experience looks rather more exciting.

Is it the boat’s fault or did they miss to do some maneuvering?

Looks like the boat took a turn too sharply and there was too much slack in the line
