I think he’s just Pakistani and at either a football or cricket game.
I am almost certain it’s at a cricket game, in the UK England Pakistan would add up!
Edit: Looks like it’s Pakistan Australia at the cricket world cup in 2019 (hosted in the UK - which is where that came from!)
