That’s one thing that I would have loved to see.

A “safety protocols disabled” episode that actually spills out of the holodeck, disaster style.

Like maybe an overzealous Ensign disabled them and accidentally set off an explosion, and the concussion actually caused a hull breach or something.

I’m sure lower Decks could have pulled it off and made it funny to boot.
