I’d take that over being stuck with a terrible president any day
Maybe next time we reinvent political systems we’ll make one that’s aware of game theory and how things will obviously be exploited.
Every game has a metagame, it’s unavoidable. Tic tac toe has a metagame. The problem in politics is you don’t always know what the actual metagame will turn out to be, so it’s often best to stick to the devil you know.
Is this cartoon mocking the fact that Britain has a mechanism to get rid of a shitty leader? I think the opposite is a lot more scary.
I think it’s more making fun of the fact that they have to keep using it. I do agree it’s great that they actually do have that power though.

Problem with this is it implies that whatever he left behind in the ‘tea’ is going to stay there. It cannot be undone.
Excellent rendition of such an awful awful situation, is this the version where they speak to the actual miners afterwards
