Yeah Japanese uses a lot of english loanwords. You can recognize them when they are written in Katakana, like トイレ
Ok you want technical its Kanji.
There’s a grand total of 2 kanji in that sentence, the rest is a mix of hiragana and katakana, what are you on about

(The nuance is they trust you kept it clean during your use)
