AI is basically completely unstudied as a learning tool, and every indication points to it actually making people more stupider, lazier, and with far worse critical thinking skills. It’s a technology which frankly causes more problems than it even claims to solve, and it completely undermines the concepts of homework and “showing your work”.
School is going to need to adapt to the existence of modern LLMs as an antagonistic force to learning.
MereoGood. If we’re being realistic, AI is not going anywhere and it needs to be perseved as a simply a tool among others. Humans still need to be experts. Children needs to learn how to think critically so that they can use it effectively

It seems like a fine question to me? I don’t see any mention of what the AI was used for in the article. FWIW, this is the first sentence for me:

So it says that it is being used, but not for what.

Good. Should have a social media ban too. Legitimately is rotting human’s brains. We dont know how to think anymore, as tech conn says.
Thats why everyone should have “phone free” or “modern tech free” weekends whenever possible. No tech past 2008 allowed. No social media allowed. Read a book or watch some tapes or play some ps1.
Our brains have all atrophied because of phone and social media addiction.
