The couple on the yacht did an interview, and they probably shouldn’t have. Highlights include changing course by two degrees to show they’d seen the Russian vessel following warning blasts on the horn, saying they were the “stand on vessel” when the warship was not under way, and I suspect not having their radio on, as there was no mention of the radio calls made by the Russian vessel.
The feeling I get from the statements made by the MOD is they think they’re utter morons, but don’t want to outright say it.
