PTO days?

For those of us with PTO, definitely, but definitely better to be like “hey I’m going to take tomorrow off” than calling out the morning of. This obviously depends on where you work and whether you like your job and/or like your boss

It’s a benefit your company rewards nepo-baby workers by re-classifying their 35 hours a week as full-time, instead part-time. 35 hour part-timers don’t get benefits, and we don’t like nosy part-timers who ask about them. GOT IT?

Not really sure what you were trying to say. But if you are asking about our work week, all employees where I’m at are salary regardless of position. It makes payroll so much easier.S
