You can just bypass Fable's 'complex, nuanced' reputation system with enough gold

Fable’s take on morality sounds pretty neat—if only it weren’t so eager to assure us we can just buy out of it.

I dunno sounds pretty realistic. At least with the idiots I’m surrounded with in the states
If you repeat a lie enough times people will think it’s true, see the flat earth society and people trying to ban Dihydrogen Monoxide.
Dihydrogen Monoxide is no laughing matter, it took my granpa, destroyed his lungs
Do people necessarily want realism in games ?I would argue quality and the developers’ original vision for gameplay is more important.
At first I thought this was about Anthropic.
context.
Same, I thought they cracked Fable with a video game.
Okay so there is two Fables being promoted now!! I have interest in either of them, but I’ve been confused by some of the headlines.
‘The bit in the gameplay trailer where hes like ' this isn’t a cinematic this is the game’ I like bro, no shit, those lips don’t sync up at all. That being said, its not like I could do anything remotely close to it.
Honestly hilarious commentary. Hopefully someone that plays it realizes you don’t have to be moral with enough money and connects the dots.
I really like the way it looks
It doesn’t look like fable
This makes me a little more interested in seeing the way it looks. Not enough to click a link or anything, but I’m getting there.
Fable had a unique visual style that I would describe as “not trying hard enough.”
Oh boy, if you thought the original whimsical exaggerated style of fable wasn’t trying hard enough, wait until you see the bland as fuck generic almost realism but saved some money not going all the way “style” of the reboot…
It’s an RPG. If you don’t want to play the role, that’s on you.
