Also purely a coincidence, federal minimum wage has not increased since then, even though millions depend on it (and the majority are adults, not teenagers; here is where you tell me that there are state exceptions and so forth, who knew?)

Anyway, also coincidentally, we now have billionaires on stage celebrating victory with their favorite candidates, applauding and smiling ear to ear. They’re positively beaming for some reason!

Clarence Thomas is conspicuously missing from that comic, and he’s one of the most overtly corrupt and heinously biased Justices in the court’s modern history.

Black Americans have always thought of Justice Thomas as a member of the family. That’s why they call him uncle Thomas.
