TRACKS wirft einen Blick auf die Vandal Graffiti Szene, die sich bewusst jeder Verwertbarkeit entzieht und ihre Tags und Terrorlines als Zeichen des Widerstands gegen die kommerzielle Durchdringung und Überwachung des öffentlichen Raums verstehen. TRACKS begleitet vier Sprüherinnen in Basel, Berlin und Paris und spricht mit ihnen über die politische Botschaft ihrer teilweise illegalen Aktionen.
