Isn’t breaking labor laws pretty much standard practice in the games industry anyways?
Not that that’s a good thing. Just saying.
Looks like she has a good case, but whether or not she’ll get all the wages due she’s asking remains to be seen. Or how many other people will wind up being a part of the class, for that matter.

Hate to see it from anyone, especially hate to see it from one of my favorite devs.

Rather damning that the company fought back saying “those employees weren’t denied lunch breaks and overtime, they willingly forsake them!”
