Where did you get the idea that these were only books that no-one cared about? I re-read the article and didn’t find anything where they specified the type of rare books collected, scanned and destroyed

I would recommend. The feeling Good book by David burns. I was feeling like this just this morning. The method suggested got me out the dark cloud.

Please don’t do anything to yourself. These thoughts can be really painful and I don’t want you to go off the deep end because of it. I feel ugly everyday freaking day as the rejections pile up but I still try to understand that the thoughts are what hurts and I need to let it pass. Please man… Let go and let it pass.
