That should be more than long enough to get past the attention span of sony customers

Prior to one of mullvads ceo’s being outed as a nazi, they didn’t appear to have anything wrong with them at all. Good history, policies, and software. ivpn and airvpn appear to be the only other legitimate choices to me, especially is you are northern hemisphere and a windows user, as most people are. Southern hemisphere and linux it is a bit trickier.

Assuming the top graph is accurate, it says a lot more about the reality, at least as far as steam ‘data’ is concerned https://www.gamingonlinux.com/steam-tracker/

The ‘issue’ is not a “dip” in June, the issue is the May data/variance, as well as the April data/variance. June appears normal.

surfshark (apparently) having tracking was enough to make me not bother looking much further into them. With so many choices, the easiest way is to omit those who seem problematic (kape, 87% off!!!, logs, tracking etc)

“Arrogance and ignorance go hand in hand”

Congratulations on the syllables though, keep up the good work there.

You did respond.

Being homeschooled in a cult has limited your anthropological and historical knowledge to an absurdly low level, to the point that I am surprised you are aware of electricity at all.

You did not start any companies.

Using numbers does not = actual math

Using the word “logic” incorrectly is illogical.

How much crack do you smoke?

It has already attracted negative press, some of it valid, some of it due to deliberate manipulation and idiots (op as an example of both), the effect on their reputation will not be short lived, and this issue will continuously resurface online. They still need to deal with it though, and soon.

It has already cost them business/money due to refunds ($$$ ???), and a short/medium/long term reduction in new customers.

“That is if people care” Always the issue with humanity.

People tend to be polar online, rarely fair, or decent.

“Banned from community” for terrible taste in movies? Bit harsh…

Refunded because I want mullvad to do the right thing, and to continue as a legitimately ethical vpn.

#3 is not something I have seen before, seems an odd choice for them Their server list is over 75 pages on their website, a pain in the arse to assess, the app itself appears to give no indication of servers, you have to guess, or search.

The recent contact I have had with ivpn suggests the company is genuine, and customer service is good. Unfortunately they do not tick the boxes for me re: linux software, and southern hemisphere servers. Definitely worth considering if in northern hemisphere though, maybe even south for some.

if you want even more, use fextralife. outside of that I rarely see them with mullvad

Proton excel at marketing, they are greenwashing for the privacy crowd.

Going out on a limb here, could it be… ethics?

How to get upvotes: appease the proton zombie fanboys

How to get downvotes: offend the proton zombie fanboys

I wasn’t aware that airvpn refused Italian customers, the company definitely has some interesting policies though: including no servers in israel, or russia, and no servers in australia because of our f*cked up internet privacy laws.
