I am personally using recalbox on a Raspberry Pi 400, overclocked to 2147/650.
1 Gbit network on the Raspberry is connected through cable.
Like many of you, I have a decent amount of systems. Unfortunately, this means I always have a mess of cords. I don’t enjoy unplugging and replugging stuff to move it around (not to mention it’s hard on the ports) so I usually leave everything attached. But I pretty much always have a mess of cords, just from controllers alone.

Here’s my two GameBoys that I have had since I was a kid. I’m thinking for the GameBoy Color to do the screen upgrade with backlight. For the GameBoy Pocket, I will need to do a screen replacement which I want to go with an OEM replacement, or at least OEM spec. I also need to find a battery cover replacement for the Pocket.

Despite a few initial issues like screen flickering, and a persistent 1fps problem when winning a car, I would say RPCS3 has been easy to setup and the game looks decent upscaled to 4k.
I came across a post from Pixel Cherry Ninja on X of a new flashcart made by David Brito, who has turned this thought into a reality.
