I acquired a bulk lot and found this Nintendo DS game case and came up with this mech idea. I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t a proper backdrop, so I made this cyberpunk industrial scene. I included pictures of the game case and the original build. I used the game case as a base for the mech build.
Still working on a backstory, but I’m quite proud of how this came out. I really enjoy this color scheme, and might try to expand on it. Might make another sentinel-esque build, iunno. As you can tell, I have an obsession for these fun things!
Originally this was called the Vortex, but someone said, “naw this is the Torment Nexus!” I never knew about the lore behind the book Don’t Make The Vortex Nexus, but I felt that name was the perfect fit for this build.
