I can’t get over the the complete idiocy of doing this in close proximity to a pressurized fuel tank with the valve in the open position, using a rubber hose to feed the burner.

When I first got into metal casting, I saw how hot things were getting around the forge, and immediately ordered a beefier steel-clad heat-rated hose, and decided to redo my entire setup so nothing got anywhere close to the propane tank.

Some people don’t even think about safety when doing things that could burn down their house.

I appreciate how the title indicates which part of this will go wrong, given that this setup has so many possible ways to go wrong that you can’t be sure in advance which one it will be.
