If his condition comes out before the 3rd, it will be a fascinating Supreme Court case. Can someone who is functionally brain dead on life support hold public office?

My money is on 6-3 Yes-as long as they have an R next to their name. But “reviewing the case” until after the 3rd is is a strong contender.
