Avatar: Seven Havens | Official Teaser | October 9 on Paramount+

Had no idea this was coming out, and it’s a pleasant surprise to find out.

My only concern is that the movie they recently released, while beautifully animated, was very mid overall.

Hopefully the writing and storytelling is stronger for this new series.

Teaser looks awesome. It’s a shame that it’s on Paramount+ though.

Hopefully the story’s not all stitched up and without a sense of objective like Legend of Korra.

It’s a shame it’s on Paramount+. I’m never resubbing to that service. Sorry, Bryan and Dante, I’m gonna have to don my 🦜for this one.

Between the post apocalypse reclaimed by nature, the avatar returning after presumably generations, and the floating red shapes at the end, this reminds me a lot of Breath of the Wild.
