Imperialist war... imperialist war never changes...

Imperialism is often pursued for domestic aims, like “Distract the population at home from my pedophilia.” The important bit of it is a senseless imposition of one country’s will on another without any just cause, and in expectation of gain of leverage or power over the target country.
