Native Americans respond to Washington Commanders' new polarizing logo

I think this might be a stretch. I was fine with their complaint about the Native American head, but a spear isn’t specific to Native American culture. The team is trying to lean into the Roman theme, so the spear is supposedly associated with that. The Native American Council is just coming off as petty now.

Which native American? Did that famously homogenous group appoint a media manager who made the response?

The cheifs logo is literally an arrowhead so either both logos are offensive or neither are. I don’t really care either way.

They would comolain no matter what the logo was. This is perfectly fine amd they have their panties in a bunch.
