Im so sad and scared

Running out of food early shouldnt have ruined my pride but so far thats where we are):
I live 26% below rhe poverty line and cant work bc disabilities and chronic pain.

I just had to cut into my phone bill money to get pasta stuff and cat food i really need help im so sorry to keep asking but i have no one else
