As in point break in particular? You’d be surprised. It’s got a fairly good cult status, and cult movie fans love theater showings. Go check out a rocky horror screening for the extreme end of why it’s a great thing to do screenings.

Point break has enough of a following that I suspect it can both draw butts into seats and keep the theaters in good profit for those shows. I don’t know if it could match something like fight club or Lebowski in terms of numbers willing to go to a theater for this kind of thing, and I seriously doubt it’ll get close to Rocky horror numbers at all. But it could be fun
