Nominative determinism when your name is Gaudi and you do aesthetics.
The 1938 version was cooler looking. Design wise if he’d moved the front wheels up and shortened it a bit the stability problem would have gone away. And 30 mpg in 1938 was pretty impressive, just not as big a selling point when gas was a nickel a gallon.
