Yeah, uh, no. Football fans won’t care. Look at how many went to the US for the world cup. Or Qatar for that matter. Now look up what the host country for 2034 is.
If you oppose it, stop participating.
It’s not that easy. There aren’t thousands of competing events where a lot of the world peacifully competes with one another in a peaceful manner. The world cup is far from ideal, but I feel it plays an important role.
If UEFA and CONMEBOL organise their own competition FIFA will be left with an amateur class “World” Cup.
