Soft boiled for dipping. Scrambled. Baking.
They can be fried but it’s a little bit of a waste to do that. The whites are a little runny compared to chicken eggs so they aren’t ideal for frying.

It is illegal to take any eggs from a wild bird’s nest. Even an invasive bird. But these are from our domestic geese. It’s the same as taking eggs from our chickens.
