I tried following all the red lights in Los Santos today. it didn't go well.

I spent about 20 minutes actually stopping at lights and staying in my lane. It’s crazy how much more chaotic the world feels when you aren’t just blasting past everyone. The NPCs really don’t know how to handle a player driving like a normal person.
