A space to share, discuss, and genuinely work on what happiness actually looks like — beyond the highlight reel. Honest reflections over generic advice. This is a community for people trying to figure out happiness in real, honest terms — not motivational quotes, not “just be positive,” but actual reflections, struggles, and small wins.

You can post about:

Something that genuinely made you happier (a habit, a mindset shift, a decision)
A struggle you’re working through and want outside perspective on
Questions you’re sitting with about contentment, comparison, purpose, or meaning
Books, practices, or ideas that helped you, with your own honest take on them

What this community is not:

Not a place for generic “10 tips to be happy” listicles copy-pasted from articles
Not a venting-only space (that’s valid, just try c/OffMyChest or similar for pure venting)
Not a place for toxic positivity — struggling and admitting it is welcome here

Rules:

Be honest over polished. Real reflection over generic advice.
No unsolicited “just be grateful” or dismissive responses to people sharing struggles.
No self-promotion (courses, coaching links, books you wrote) unless clearly disclosed and genuinely valuable.
Be kind in disagreement — differing views on happiness are welcome, personal attacks aren’t.
No copy-pasted content from other sites/blogs without real personal commentary added.
