Signet City is an RPG where you play a brain fungus feeding off the emotions of your host, like a mushroom-themed Monsters, Inc

Signet City is a first-person RPG that draws its influence from Dishonored, Sting’s musical, and the industrial cities of the north of Britain.

The x-punk concepts are getting kind of stale IMO.
I loved Citizen Sleeper, it was in my backlog for a year or two. I tried it randomly when I was out of town and I was hooked, finished it in two (long) sittings.
The second one was really good too and I would recommend it if it seems interesting, but it didn’t have that novelty factor of not knowing what to expect.
While I agree with your sentiment, the developers of Citizen Sleeper gets the benefit of the doubt from me (till I play it myself) to use punk in the correct semantic meaning. CS1 (still have 2 to play) was very much about the way the downtrodden are play balls of the elites. And how they need to organise in order to resist or still need to be part of the system in order to survive. So very much punk in my eyes.
That’s a fair point.
Check out CS2, it’s fun and well made.
