What your do … is initially connect and throttle your download. Let the swarm build. Then go and edit the tracker URL(s) to something 404. Your swarm will briefly massly disconnect then slowly reconnect without the tracker keeping track of anything. Then unthrottle your download and leech the f out of that…

🏴‍☠️ THE PORT LOGBOOK: COMMUNITY RULES

Welcome to the docks. Before ye cast off, read the logbook. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse when the Quartermasters come calling.

📜 I. The Captain’s Code (Netiquette & Conduct)

Respect the crew: No insults, trolling, or personal attacks. We sail together or not at all.
Stay in your lane: Keep discussions in the correct port. Off-topic rambling sinks the tide for everyone. If your post isn’t a notice or request for some booty, it probably goes somewhere else.
Search before ye speak: The charts are well-mapped. Post a question or request? Check the logs first.
No spam or scams: Hoarding fake invites, leading folks to cursed waters, or running duplicate threads will earn ye a swift boot off the gangplank.
Report, don’t retaliate: If a crewmate breaks the rules, signal the Quartermaster. Do not take the law into yer own hands.

🐚 II. The Tortuga Protocol (The Golden Rule)

Every post must begin with: I've got a mate in Tortuga who...
This isn’t just flavor—it’s our community shield. Direct links to the “booty” (invites, tracker access, or shared resources) draw unwanted attention from automated systems and port authorities.
Instead, ye must know an old salt dog who’s a mate of yours. Describe the “mate,” the nature of the “booty,” and how it might be obtained. Others will respond in kind, passing the word along. The actual exchange happens privately once trust and context are established.
Break this protocol, and yer post will be scuttled. Repeat offenders get their name painted on the mast.

📦 III. Handling the Booty (Sharing Guidelines)

Define yer booty: “Booty” refers to invites, tracker credentials, or shared content. Never post direct URLs, download links, bypass instructions, or account details.
Use the cipher correctly: Describe what ye’re offering or seeking. You can do so in thematic but clear terms, or plainly if you don’t want to play along with the theme. If the Quartermaster asks for clarification, provide it without breaking the Tortuga Protocol.
Verify before ye pass it on: Cursed invites or forged credentials sink the whole fleet. Only share what ye’ve personally vetted.
Keep the booty for the crew: Hoarding, flipping, or selling invites for coin will get ye blacklisted faster than a mutiny. This port runs on trust, not trade.

⚖️ IV. Quartermaster’s Authority (Moderation & Enforcement)

The Quartermasters are here to keep the port safe, not to play pirate. Their word on rule interpretation is final.
Warnings are given first. Repeat breaches result in temporary confinement (removed comments/posts) or permanent exile (bans).
Appeals go through the proper channels. Do not attempt to bribe the crew, circumvent the rules, or rally a mutiny.
The rules may be updated as the tides change. Check the port logs monthly.

Ye’ve read the logbook. Ye know the protocol. Now, begin yer post with the phrase, share the word, and may the wind always be at yer back.
