Do students think culture cards are a good idea?

A culture card programme would see young Irish citizens given money to spend on cultural and sporting activities, in a bid to make these more accessible.
Other European countries like France, Spain and Italy have versions of culture cards already, ranging in value from €300-€500.
Last month, Fianna Fáil TD Peter ‘Chap’ Cleere shared a video to his social media accounts outlining his party’s vision for culture cards.
In the video, which featured him pretending to DJ, he said the plan would see a €100 culture card being given to Irish citizens on their 18th birthday.

I can’t see €100 buying much culture.
That enough pints to get tight.
Yeah. It would get me 1.5 Irish lessons.
